About the event

An introductory class to what “energy” is when talking about any energy medicine. This class we will explore what the energy, the Chakras, and different modalities of energy medicine are. Techniques will be taught for self care to assist in restoring physical, spiritual and emotional well-being.  Cost $10/Class Limited Seating available.
